This piece is from a small discontinued brand started by the Perry Ellis Company in the 90s. Perry Ellis graduated from NYU with a masters in retailing in the 60s and went on to build his empire based on the modernization of mens sports and casual wear. His pieces are known for a big casual look that are unconstructed, layered, and always use natural fibers. He is said to have invented the casual American look.
